One Saturday evening, she was sitting in the sitting room watching a movie on MBC2. Farida and Ummie came in and sat down. Farida took the remote and changed the channel to MusicPlus. She looked up and saw how they had come and found her watching and they had changed their style and spoken rudely to her. "Say it, I'll kill you" was what Farida said to her. She looked down as if she didn't know what she was doing.
Ruqaiya and Zainab came running in, struggling to get on their heads and said, "Auntie Aisha, we are back." She greeted them with her charm and said, "Well, welcome back, let's take off our uniforms, it is forbidden to pray Maghrib." Together, they said, they were passing by to change their Islamic clothes into their home clothes. "Come here," Farida said to them, “I didn't stop you from looking after this woman, but she is the one who has your ears pierced, you don't hear her at all, so you go where she is, you are looking at us, but even if you don't tell us, you haven't gone to your mother's sister's place, by God, let me tell you that I saw her again and I told you all about it, come over and give me a place.”
They quietly went to their room. They were always surprised at how their brothers treated Aunty Aisha as if she were not their sister. Aisha, who was starting to fight with the children, rented the room upstairs and left the parlor for them. She went to her room to pray the Maghrib prayer because the call to prayer had already begun.
Even though she didn't get up for the prayer, she continued to eat until the Isha prayer was called. She got up and went downstairs to serve dinner. She sat at the table and they started eating since Daddy wasn't there so they started eating without waiting for her. She opened the window warmers and there was nothing in it, it was sad to see how they ate the food without giving her any more. She just turned around and went back to her room because she was sad and she wouldn't let her go into the kitchen to find something to eat.
Khalifa looked at his younger brother who was reluctant to leave the table and said, "Where are you thinking of leaving without eating your food? Who did you leave this to?" Farida said, mouthing, "Well, Yaya Khalifa, we are already full." Harara ordered her and said, “Come on, come back, sit down and eat. You know you won't eat the whole meal, and she won't give you any less. If you did it to hurt her, then you did it to yourself, because you had to eat the food while I was watching you.”
They sat there and ate their food, watching them until they finished their meal and then got up and left. Mu'azzam laughed so hard that he held his stomach as he saw them grimacing as if they were about to vomit. Ummie said, "Then give me something to laugh about." He broke into another laugh and said, "You're the ones who made me laugh, if you want to beat up those women, then you can do it, Daddy is here, so that no one will tell you anything, but Yaya Khalifa, you know, he always has a soft spot for her. Her marriage to Daddy is also the reason he turned his back on her." "That's what he heard, but we can't stop you from trying to force a girl since she agreed to marry our father," said Farida. Mu'azzam said, “Farida, you really don't have any shame, Aisha, you're calling a girl my age, because I heard Mami say I'm missing for 2 months.”
She said, “So, what is it, is it your luck or Yaya Khalifa's luck? I called her a girl since Daddy gave birth to her and she was no older than three or four years old. Since she agreed to marry Daddy, I have felt that I hate her. I see that she loves him and is at a loss for what to do. Then she meets Hajiya and brings up the subject of marriage between them. You see, she doesn't even give up on them. She agrees to be obedient.”
